At Atman Works, we offer personalized Psychotherapy and Yoga services to help you overcome life's challenges and find inner peace. Our experienced Clinical Psychologist and Yoga Acharya, Dr. Valini Pundit, has over 15 years of expertise in private practice, guiding clients to achieve greater well-being and contentment.
We offer a safe and supportive space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions. Our evidence-based therapies are designed to help you achieve your goals. We work with a range of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, stress management and relationship therapy.

Cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) is a type of therapy that focuses on changing negative patterns of thinking and behavior. At Atman Works, we offer CBT as one of our many therapy approaches.
Psychologists hold a doctoral degree in psychology and provide therapy and counseling services. Psychiatrists hold a medical degree and are trained to diagnose and treat mental health disorders with medications, in addition to providing therapy.
We understand that life can get in the way of scheduled appointments. We ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Otherwise, you may be charged a cancellation fee.
